Enjoyed a fantastic 5 night stay here. Had an ocean view room on VIP floor which was great! The VIP floor gives you access to free internet, 24 hr snacks and premium liquor. Highly recommend breakfast in the restaurant by the pool! Every staff member we came across was also very friendly. More

Was skeptical of upgrade but VIP upgrade worth every penny. VIP ala carte restuarants were all five star. Maria's was our favourite; went twice. VIP lounge was first class, open 18 hours per day with premium liquor, Internet, food all day. The cruise to Isla Mugeres was top notch. Snorkeling was stupendous,safe and fun. Good guides.
