Our stay witnessed a client complaining about his cell phone being stolen or lost. I was amazed at the " I dont care attitude of the front desk towards this guest." The restaurant staff ( Edgar and Lucio)and the Sub-director made our stay very pleasant. Overall the atmosphere was very relaxing. Riu Caribe was a much nicer experience!! more
