The hotel is incredible, you could not ask for anything more from a hotel. Every member of staff was helpful and they never stopped smiling, cleaning and serving. The only slight drawback were some of the loud, brash and obnixious American guests who sometimes let themselves down. more

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, perfectly located and the staff was great. They even upgraded us to an Oceanfront room for FREE when we arrived. Our stay witnessed a client complaining about his cell phone being stolen or lost. I was amazed at the " I dont care attitude of the front desk towards this guest." The restaurant staff ( Edgar and Lucio)and the Sub-director made our stay very pleasant. Overall the atmosphere was very relaxing. Riu Caribe was a much nicer experience!! more
