This was my first trip to Cancun Mexico and I had an amazing time. :) The service was just absolutely amazing. They have a entertainment guide (Miguel) that takes you out to the clubs everynight with amazing prices. Which includes VIP service everywhere you go. Wonderful friendly service by a great staff. This was a return visit to Royal Cancun and we saw many familiar faces among that staff - they seem to love their jobs and it shows in how they treat the guests.
