The staff were very unfriendly... the food/drinks awful... The braclet system was stupid... you couldnt have ANYONE from other hotels even enter this hotel... if you are meeting a group of people there staying at differnt places... this hotel is crap... Just came back from Cancun Mexico, we were using Osasis Cancun hotel, absolute satisfaction from price perspective and all service aspects. Nice room with an Ocean view, very friendly staff.
