I've been to the Royal Sunset about 4 times in the last 10 years and I think the service is better now than it was in the past, but it certainly doesn't compare with 5-star all-inclusives. There are not enough bars for this beach front hotel. There is only a very small lobby bar that is manned only part time... more

Hello Well there are two extremes to many peoples expereinces. I can imagine that some people did have a terible stay and other a greeat stay. I ahve stayed at the oyal Sunset about 4 or 5 times. The staff seemed listless and inexperinced in providing good service. We elected to not go with the "all-inclusive" plan which made us the party foul couple.
