Unfortunately, I have been very disappointed by the management at Moon Palace. I went on the tour of the facilities and received a voucher for 2 rounds of golf. Later I decided that I didn't want to play and wanted the spa package instead. They said "no problem." That should have been the indicator that it would be a problem.... more

We stayed here from 15th Sept to the 22nd Sept and the weather was lovely (apart from one thundery day) so don't be put off by the fact it is hurricane season. We were treated much better at Cozumel Palace. If we'd stay at the Moon Palace we would not have signed up. Only 17% full & they couldn't put us in an ocean view room!
