First time at this resort and i was amazed. The staff work so hard to make our stay a great experience. They were so friendly and helpful and work so hard. The service was impeccable. Every one from the waiters to the room maids did a great job. The hotel was spotless, everytime i turned around there was someone cleaning.... more

The service, cleanliness & food were excellent. There are 2 pools, both fairly small, one for adults only which was very nice. A small resort and we upgraded to a Presidential suite (1 bdrm) with a large terrace with a jacuzzi tub with an ocean view. I wanted warm sunny weather and a beach on the cheap. The Park Royal provided this and more. I would recomend this hotel for the beach and their inexpesive five star buffas. The service was teribly slow but pollite. we paid $2.50 for a safe and it was loocked. Room sevice said they would come up in five min they finaly got there twonty min later. more

Our family owns several time shares and we have stayed at several of the larger well known hotel chains on the island. We returned to the Park Royal because of the staff and location. My family (Husband, 11 yr old and 14 yr old) met my In laws at the Park Royal. We had an excellent time. The hotel is very clean and well cared for. Please take advantage of the activities for guest in the pool area. The activies staff was excellent not only with the kids but with the adults as well.... more
