We booked our vacation using Interval World's website. IW's site rates the Royal Mayan as a five star resort, but most other websites only rate it at a 3.5. This was our first trip to Cancun we went with 6 others. Thomas More picked us up at the airport and was prompt. We used also them to book some of ours tours and other outings during our 10 days.
