I stayed at the Arrecife the first year they opened but you would have thought they had been open for decades based on their high quality service. The food was delicious, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was wonderful. The animators in particular were so friendly that they made a great week even better.

In fact they were SO friendly that upon arrival we stumbled into a staff member's private birthday party but they insisted that we stay and enjoy ourselves - what a fantastic way to kick off a vacation!
