Very nice hotel with gracious and courteous staff. Great beach, but the pool area was so nice, we ended up staying there more than on the beach. Lobby and hallways are not air conditioned. Food was very good, too, especially for an all-inclusive. more

Everything about this hotel is superior. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Sure we tipped, but there were smiles and excellent service before we tipped as well. Most of the reviews i see here are from Americans whom most say it was an excellent place to stay............... It isn't. 9 out of 10 Americans and Canadians we spoke to loved the food here.
