This hotel is terrible, poor entertainment. The drinks dont have any alcohol in, everything is watered down to the extent that it makes you feel ill drinking it. The food was the worst thing, there was 13 of us on the holiday and every one of us was ill with food poisening for at least 3 days. They cook burgers... more

very disappointed. I don't drink much but i do enjoy the odd drink on holiday. Me and my girlfriend stayed here in the last 2 weeks of July 2007, the hotel was as we had read on here. The pool - nice temperature, decent size and with no deep end (same depth all over) so this can only be good if you are taking kids or if you are not a strong swimmer. Beach only... more

We arrived on Friday at 1:00pm. We explained at the front desk that we had 3 other families arriving there that afternoon and that we wanted our 6 rooms nearby. Reuben the manager actually had the bell boy give us a tour of rooms on the 5th and 6th floor and let us pick our rooms. The pool is beautiful... more

Barcelo Costa Cancun (BCC) was a very nice place to stay. Rooms were very clean, staff was friendly and the food was good. The pool was top notch, drink service great by the pool and beach.
