My husband and I stayed at the Krystal for a few nights and we found the service exceptional. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The food in both restaurants was good and the pool area is absolutely stunning.

My daughter and I stayed here in March for 12 days as I attended an International Occupational Health Congress @ the ICC and a week prior to that we explored Cancun to the limits we did and saw lots..and enjoyed the sites and sounds of all our excursions and loved the Mexican foods!!
