My boyfriend and I were looking for somewhere to stay for a 5 nigh getaway from our Canadian winter and were very happy with our last minute choice. The hotel may not have the whole WoW factor that have seen when I have been to other resorts in Punta Cana and Cuba but the staff here is amazing! If you... More

For the price I would definitely stay at this resort again. The food is average, the beverages are good and the rooms while a little run down are really spacious and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have been to a few all inclusive and general you can find what each offers in its drinks and dining... More

older hotel, needs renovations; food was decent: same menu everyday for breakfast, decent variety for lunch and dinner; Italian and Mediterranean restaurants were dissapointing check-in was quick but beware of the "Welcome package" which consists of signing up for a tour of a sister hotel/time share presentation; these people were relentless. They hounded us for the first three days, even... More

My friend and I booked a 5 night package at the BelleVue including flights from Dallas for $600pp through Bookit.com, having thoroughly researched TripAdvisor reviews beforehand and making the decision that some people book for the price of a Days Inn and expect the Hilton. Our first impressions were positive, thanks to the lovely staff, in particular Natalia and both... More

Let me start by saying if you are looking for 5 star amenities - do not book here. However, if you are looking for an AFFORDABLE vacation destination this place is an EXCELLENT choice. We had a one bedroom romance suite with a beautiful ocean view. The living area and the bedroom were both very spacious and bright. The bathroom... More

We stayed in a Jr Suite room with a view that opened right into the ocean. The floor to ceiling windows trumped the small balcony rooms that don't come with a living room space. For a couple, trade up to the suite...bigger bed and better views The food is varied enough for my tastes, but not a 5 Star place... More

We booked here and chose the all inclusive package. What an amazing value! We paid about $120 US per night for 2 people which included all food and drinks. And you can drink all the alcohol served in the resort. They do not limit you to, say, only beer and tequila. The food was pretty good. The staff/service was amazing.... More

I went there a year ago, and told myself I had to write a review but never came around to it... (most people who write reviews are because they had a bad experience). I had an amazing experience!! (I too was worried before going, but was reassured the second we arrived) Okay its not a 5 star, but the food... More

stayed here for two nights at the end of a trip around central america. The hotel is not the four star it claims and is more like a 2 or 3. The hotel is a little run down and needs renovation as it is one of the first hotels built on the beach in cancun. Rooms are fine, clean and... More
