Our visit was marred by a tropical storm that hit the area. Water poured into the lobby, and our room had to be changed as the glass broke despite the hurricane shutters. I haven't been to other hotels in Cancun but this one seemed a great deal to us. Beautiful beach, large complex, plenty of restaurant choices to keep a person from getting bored. Hotel was great food was excellent. Service was good and overall I recommend everyone should visit Mexico once in there life. And this resort has a bunch of bars and restaurants and is on 10 minutes from downtown cancun. More

We absolutely loved the Grand Oasis, the food was delicious , so many options of restaurants, the hotel is beautiful and the people is so nice and makes you feel so confortable. We strongly recomend this hotel , besides is close to everything, our experience was extraordinary !!! More

First, we were a group of 11, age 27-37. Info: Now, you have to consider this hotel has two sections, 1 is the Pyramid and Phase 1 including the see front are 4.5 stars, it is called the Grand Oasis, which is the good section, when checking in, they give you the black rest band. Nice all inclusive hotel,near the beach. Really nice nad helpfull staff - 6 stars, Nice rooms with excellent cuisine, We spent 4 nights 22-26.10.2011 in that hotel (main building) and we visited and tested all of their restaurants where we enjoyd the meal, people, drinks and mariachis. Allow me to start off by saying " I can experience better quality food, drinks and accommodation at my own home ". Who monitors the base standards and overall quality of All-Inclusive resorts in Mexico? As others have said, be sure you're at the GRAND Oasis. You will have access to all the other Oasis resorts, but you won't have guests from the other Oasis hotels on your property. Fantastic food, beautiful beach, strong drinks! Flight from Montreal was flawless, pickup at airport was quick and everyone working around us was fun! Lots of animation... More
