After reading many of the reviews prior to our trip, I was a little nervous. The trip was wonderful. First the airport. Immigration and customs was a slow process. Also, once you get to the end of the airport, you will be swarmed by folks in tan colored uniforms. Very important, they are only trying to sell you time shares.... more

When you walk out of customs at the airport, you are grabbed by salepeople trying to sell you tours, timeshares etc...Your best bet is to tell them this is not your first trip to Cancun and just walk away.
