After traveling three weeks in Mexico we spent our last night in Cancun at Casa Turquesa. What a great way to end a wonderful vacation. The hotel is a jewel compared to the impersonal huge hotels found in Cancun. Thd food is great, the room was spacious and the art work makes this hotel one of a kind. The staff... More

We have just returned from Cancun where our temporary home was Casa Turquesa. We really felt like home as we were the only guests at that time (except numerous iguanas, but they are local dwellers). Low season has its advantages, you know. So we enjoyed care and attention of the stuff as much as it was possible. They did all... More

This Hotel is in Goliath's Land, with all the big monster hotels. You feel you are home alone with style. We stayed there in November 2011, my Husband, Mom, Sister with her 4 year old Daughter, i would say it is a Hotel more for Couples or Solo Travellers, or families with grown old kids . It was just awesome,... More

My husband and I spent 5 days here in October. We needed time to just vegetate and decompress. I don't think we could have found a better location. We had no desire to DO anything. We slept late every day, had breakfast in the small restaurant by the pool, snacked on fresh guacamole or ceviche at lunchtime (with cocktails, of... More

Casa Turquesa is truely a hidden gem. It is a small "boutique" hotel and I felt like I was staying in a well staffed mansion. There is more art and sculptures on the grounds than many galleries I've visited. The grounds are well maintained and the staff could not have been friendlier.I've stayed at several of the larger properties nearby... More

We spent 5 days/4 nights at this fine resort. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. We particularly enjoyed the lack of pressure to take a timeshare tour or do anything else. We agree the bed was very hard as was mentioned by other Trip Advisors, but that was our only complaint and I still slept well. We found the... More

Convenient location (there's a mall just beside), good service, friendly staff, great rooms, beautiful hotel. Complimentary breakfast is delicious, but could offer more options. Wifi internet is free, but signal could be better. More

We loved this place. We were looking for something really small but on the Ocean. Normally we don't like Cancun but had to be in the area for other reasons and decided to take four days to ourselves. Rooms are beautifully appointed, service was exceptional. Food at hotel was not gourmet. The layout of this tiny slice of heaven is... More

I was excited to have found a "boutique resort" in the heart of Cancun's Hotel zone. Indeed, I had high hopes because I didn't not want to have a one-size-fits-all, all-inclusive experience. So, I was pleased to book my flight/hotel package ~without~ the all-inclusive food-and-beverage option. I checked out the Casa Turquesa website and looked forward to ordering from the... More

Casa Turquesa is by far the most beautiful hotel my husband and I have stayed in. The resort is like a mansion with beautiful decor. We bought an all inclusive package on Expedia for our honeymoon. Our trip didn't start off well when they forgot to pick us up at the airport upoun arrival, after which they tried to charge... More
