We have traded our timeshare at the omni Cancun several years in a row for the Royal Sands.....the location is great!....within walking distance to two shopping centers and several resteraunts.......we are worried about the beach......we always get put in Phase II.....this year.....the only part of the beach that was open was in front of phase I......by next year we hope... more
