my husband and i stayed at this resort for 7 days....service, staff and food were good..but when it cam down to shore excursions ----horrible.....im a travel agent and for some odd reason no one could help me book excursions......i was put off for a day and a half...then when we did book we were scheduled to go on a twister... more

Stayed here with my boyfriend - went for 14 nights. There's only one way to describe this place really - fabulous. We loved it. Entertainment was brilliant, staff couldn't do enough for you, food was delicious and plenty of it - if you fancued something in particular they;d rustle it up on the spot. Just brilliant. I went to this hotel in April after reading about it on Thomson Holidays, they sell it with a beach, it has not had a beach for over a year due to sea erosion. I have complained to Thomson but to no avail, now in the hands of ABTA and Trading Standards. more
