I have been here three times and I love the Hotel and grounds BUT all the Sand that was restored has been washed out to Sea. The main reason I goto this Hotel is for its beach and its gone. Word has it there restoring all of Cancuns Beach in Early 2010. Recomended, but not now more

We booked a spa package over Valentine's Day and had a wonderful experience. The room was gorgeous. The service was excellent. The spa services were wonderful. While it is a bit tricky to get past the rocks into the water, the Hilton has plenty of sand on its beach which does distinguish it from many hotels. I would go back... more
