Our room wasn't in the best part of the hotel. We were on the third floor with a beautiful view of the roof. Other family members had a great view from the top floor. We were extremely jealous. If you want a view, don't stay in a lower floor, or at least not on the north side of the building.... more

The Hilton Cancun is one of the nicer resorts, located in the southern part of the Hotel Zone. The pool area is beautiful and the beach is very nice and tranquil. What an absoutely wonderful stay Went there and upon check-in upgraded for a nominal amount to the villas which included concierge service as well as breakfast, drinks and snacks at "happy hour". The staff spoke very good english and were more than helpful with any questions we had. Overall, we will go back to the Hilton for another stay.. Thanks... more

This whole hotel is really pretty, but the infinity pool is a standout. The beach at the Hilton is also really nice. I highly recommend the tamarind margaritas at the lobby bar. more
