I stayed four nights with my 7 year old daughter. We had a terrific time. Used Best Day transportation from the airport. Hired the private driver to get us their quicker. As stated in other reviews, do not talk to anyone in the airport. They will pretend to be part of your transportation service just to try and sell you... more

This is a very honest review.... If you get a chance to go to Dreams Cancun DO NOT PASS IT UP... Food great.. Sushi is amazing.. All the food places are great... Beach very nice... Serivce Excellent... Swim up bar tenders are awesome, best ones there... Great drinks.. I reccommend a Double Appleton Mango Daq. Great entertainment staff also... Always... more

The people working there are very friendly and helpful, the food at the buffet was awesome, the bars were great, not that large a selection of liquor but still good enough. more

We just returned from this awesome trip to Cancun. The highlight of this was the place we stayed. They had more staff then needed to take care of their guest. Just returned from a one week stay at Dreams. Let me start with the pros--Very friendly and efficient staff. Whenever you ask for something, they say "Yes, with pleasure". I thought that was cute. I am going to try and give you the tips that actually helped me. I booked "Cancun Shuttle" online. They offered private transportation from the airport and all went well. Don't talk to the folks in the airport. They seem official but they are trying to sell you something keep walking. We arrived at the Dreams this being our second... more

Well all i can say is this is a great place to stay no matter what your age is. On arrival we where greated with cold towels and botteled water or a glass of champagne which was great after traveling from ireland our room was upgraded on arrival too which was nice and when we got to our room 5235... more

We just returned from Dreams late last night. We traveled to Dreams for 8 days because it was a great price. We have a 41/2 year old that traveled with us. She inconsistently went to the kids club. The best part about the kids club is that adults are not allowed in! She had a great time when she went.... more
