Fiesta America is service. From the bellmen to pool, the service is outstanding everywhere. The new Spa is great and really enjoyed the hydrotherapy. We stayed at the FA four years ago and returned this year, love the pool, it is the best of any resort. Breakfast on the patio is great way to start the day. More

Definitely one of the nicest resorts in Cancun in terms of facilities: rooms all face the ocean beach/pool well kept. Pools all kept at different temps for different tastes. - not all inclusive if that's your thing. More

We (husband, 18 month old daughter and myself) stayed at this resort in Jan 2012 for 4 days. The room in the west wing, pool area and private beach were wonderful. Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and will love to go back again. More
