Very clean, safe, and nice. The rooms are very up to date with flat screen tv and air. The staff was great and it is right across the street from market 28. Near to the bus station and walmart so everything you need. I would stay here again anytime. More

We spent six nights in this hotel. Cost was US$40 per night for a double room with air conditioning and dial up internet . This is a lovely clean hotel. The room is a good size, with good storage, clean and big bathroom, safety deposit box. Bed was comfortable and it is a quiet hotel so there is very good... More

This hotel is in the center of downtown Cancun. It is about 5 minutes away from the ADO bus station. we got charged 40 pesos for the taxi ride here. The rooms are very nice and modern. Nice comfortable bed, nice cable tv, air conditioning, a safe, closet, a nice bathroom and shower with hot water. The internet is not... More

My wife and I stayed here 2 nights on our way back from Tulum. The Hotel is in the city center. It is close to big markets for shopping, restaurants, and bars. There is free Wi-Fi, but only in the lobby. The rooms and bathroom were clean, but the bed was small. You get a free safe, and for the... More

I stayed at the Suites Gaby for one night coming back from Merida on the way to the airport. It's located just a few blocks from the ADO station. I had planned to walk to the hotel, but the streets, sidewalks and curbs in that area are so torn up, I took a taxi. If you have a backpack or... More

Hotel is located in downtown Cancun walking distance from bus stations (AOD) and Tulum Av. where buses to Hotel zone come through. Area is actually safe as everybody assured me but you do have a strange feeling after leaving Tulum Av. in the middle of the night in an empty street not knowing the enviroment and having heard a lot... The service was excellent. Everyone was friendly, and it didn't seem to be fake friendliness, like at some of the places we went, the room was nice, and very clean, with really nice showers and a pretty good cable package. They let us check in early and check out late with only minimal fees for doing so. They even had... More

This was my first introduction to Mexico, and it was a real pleasure. I asked about a good, cheap place to eat, and the staff directed me to the Plaza, only two blocks away. There was a festival going on, and i understand it happens every night. Not only lots of food vendors offering traditional Mexican fare at great prices,... More

yep, super value. We spent 2 nights at this place. Modern deco, good A/C, plasma TV, location is so so, no breakfast included (walk a couple of blocks to get into Mercado 28 to have a real one) but other than that, it gets the job done. The room was clean, plenty of water while showering, what else do you... More
