This hotel is ideally located just opposite the bus station. If you arrive to Xalapa by bus just walk outside of the terminal turn right and you will see the BW across the street. (watch for the traffic when you cross).

Good value for money. Yet, rooms were dark (little light) and with dark carpet, which makes the rooms even darker and not that attractive. Rooms are also small but clean. However there are plenty of TV channels, bathroom is ok, breakfast is ok too, and location is pretty decent
