Upon arrival we were greeted in a "not so friendly way" but as we are all people, that can happen. Then we got a room assigned that was full of smoke from the previous guest, where we had specifically asked for non-smoking. Luckily we could change quite easily to another room at the same floor. rooms are OK not more...
