This hotel is marginal at best. In sweltering Veracruz the room air conditioning barely functioned. Hotel is run down; everything seems being redone, but in an unprofessional manner. Shabby. Staff helpful, but not professional. Do yourself a BIG favor and go next door to the Colonial for the same price. More
