We decided to stay here because it is only a block from the zocolo where all of the action is. We had stayed at the nh in lima, peru and loved it. This hotel is also a real find for the price. Close to everything, good bed, modern bath, safe in room and friendly people. Would definitely recommend.....

Rooms are decently sized, spotlessly clean, modern and well laid out. The hotel was very quiet in spite of the location with no traffic noise and the bed was really comfortable. The hotel is in a location, you can easily walk to all the historical locations in the area, and yet your one block away from any pub, that might turn into a wild party and keep u up. We stayed at this hotel, the staff was great. We were always greeted with a smile and a willingness to help. The breakfast buffet was great it was nice to have an option leaving enough time to getting out to explore this fabulous city.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was 2 minutes walk from the Zucalo and the main street. The service was excellent. The only problem was the tub that was a little bit dangerous since you had to climb on something in order to enter to it.

What we liked was the location and the large bed. What we did not like was: 1. Dowdy appearance with dark wooden floors and doors and boring furnishing. It is in need of refurbishment. 2. Very close to the Zocalo, shopping and great restaurants. Staff is very friendly and helpful, most of them speak English as well. It is about a $20 cab ride to / from the airport. There are always cab drivers at the hotel to take you anywhere that you want to go and will drop you off and pick you up... More

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night only. Excellent service provided and the staff were very friendly. The only down fall I would mention is that on top of the cost of the room you had to pay for the coffee and extra water. Other than that a great hotel.
