I stayed here for business. The concierge was helpful in arranging a car to and from the airport, and generally the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was modern and clean with a nice view. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice and strong. It doesn't seem like there is much to do around the hotel,... More

I recently stayed at Westin Santa Fe for 5 nights on business in Mexico City. From the moment I arrived, I received excellent customer service from the staff. The rooms are spacious and very modern. I love the penthouse gym offering fabulous views of the area when the sun came up. And the hotel offers so many amazing dining options... More

I have been staying at the Westin Santa Fe consistently once a month for almost two years. I believe it gets better with each of my visits. The service is incredible and now that the Park Plaza attached shopping and restaurants are open, their really is no reason for me to leave the hotel. There are so many wonderful high... More

A new modern hotel in the Santa Fe zone of Mexico City. Not ideal if you want to walk around as it's not too close to spots to eat, etc. The area felt safe, just too many hills and traffic to walk around. The hotel is very modern, the light inside the rooms could be better, but otherwise it's very... More

The Westin in Santa Fe feels and looks new. The room was very nice and spacious and the bathroom was huge with a great tub which I appreciated after an all day (and predictably long cab ride) to the hotel. Also, the margaritas at the hotel were fantastic! Some of the best I've ever had. Two criticisms: I booked a... More

I have never been so well taken care of at any hotel than at the Westin in Santa Fe. Everyone was so attentive to my needs and showed a genuine concern to my problems. I won’t go into the details but if it wasn’t for their help I would have never made my business meetings in the circumstances I found... More

I stayed here on business for 2 nights. Front desk service was helpful in arranging transportation. Check-in took a while. Rooms were spacious and a nice design. Comfortable furnishings. Dear Guest, We thank you for open and faithful review about your experience with us.
