Very pleased with our staying at the Holiday Inn Trade Center, overall I can say it was a surprisingly great service, the rooms were clean and comfortable and an unbeatable location. Phone didn't work after many complaints. Very slow to respond to questions and issues. Very overpriced restaurant and just ok food. We were served something other than what we ordered several times.
