Similar to a lot of other comments, this isn't a business hotel- it's a cheap choice for a quick stay.
No bottled water or minibar
Internet in and out
Carpets stained
Small flies/mosquitos in the bathroom on arrival
Gym, looks ok from the outside then, 3 out 5 cardio machines not working and multi-gym broken.

if you take the executive floor rooms, you will find sensible amenities for a business travel. A separate breakfast area, quick check-in / check-out, canapes and wine in the evening. Definitely value for money.

Fast check in. Neat and specious rooms. Excellent staff atention, they were always willing to assit you all time. Restaurant was great but I would like the suggest to have the meals topped little bit more. Great location and easy to conmute to other places. TV and cable service was great. Very pleased with our staying at the Holiday Inn Trade Center, overall I can say it was a surprisingly great service, the rooms were clean and comfortable and an unbeatable location. The reason I don't give 5 points is because I think the can improve in their food quality but there are great restaurant choices outside the hotel.

After reading the bad reviews I had a bad feeling about staying there. But I was positively surprised how good it was. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was really clean and comfortable. The food was o.k., not excellent. I only experienced some problems with the telephone system.

Phone didn't work after many complaints. Very slow to respond to questions and issues. Very overpriced restaurant and just ok food. We were served something other than what we ordered several times. Internet didn't work in the room (which was promised). Sink leaked. Very loud. Music in the halls, lobby, tvs on at all times in the restaurant.
