Stayed at the Reforma for three nights in early October. Reserved through AmEx Fine Hotels and got upgraded to a suite, plus free breakfast buffet and two complementary massages at the spa. For the life of me, I can't see how this hotel could possibly be rated higher than the Four Seasons, which is a fantastic hotel. The decor here is just atrocious, from the lobby to the rooms. Went there on our honeymoon and the service we recieved was brilliant. All staff were really friendly and very helpful.The concierge helped in arranging excursions for us. OUr room was excellent, clean and very spacious. Bathroom was heaven. Location was good. Would go back there again. more
