I was on business and had to work several hours in my room. the desk and surrounding areas for great for this. The internet was fast and easy to set up, lighting was good and adjustable. Had lunch delivered, traditional tortilla soup and a club sandwich. It arrived within the time stated and very delicious. i was greeted by name... More

Stayed at the Hotel Nikko on the night before the end of our week-long trip to other parts of Mexico. The service at the hotel was first rate - front desk personnel were efficient, bellhops friendly, concierge service extremely helpful and most staff speak at least some English. The location of the hotel - from a tourist perspective - is... More

Traveled to Mexico City and stayed at the Nikko again mainly due to its central location, allow about an hour to get from the airport to the hotel, even at late hours in the evening - there's traffic 24x7 in the city. This time stayed on a room above the 20th floor, nice rooms with different decor, very confortable. The... More

The hotel looks like it was built in the 80s but the rooms are nice a freshly updated. Bathrooms are a little dark. Had a horrible experience with the lobby concierge. Asked them to post some postcards. The response: "they sell stamps in the store over there.". Excuse me? I'm not asking for free stamps, I'm asking you to post... More

For the type of Hotel I was expecting more from the little details - like the bath, Nothing stylish or to remember (to say you enter and you feel in a 3-4 star hotel - not really want to take a bath there...). Yes is in a good location in an expensive are and everything is nearby (lots of restaurants,... More

We spent 3 days last month at this property. The service was impeccable and the staff most helpful. The music in the main bar could have been more soothing. The location of the hotel is absolutely great with wonderful shopping within walking distance. We shall stay there again when we return to D.F. More

The best part about this hotel is the location - you're close to the parks (Bosque de Chapultepec), other businesses, and loads of good restaurants. If into sushi, this place also has some of the best sushi around (so I hear). We stayed here on business, but I imagine for tourist purposes also good. Clean, good service, safe. About 30-45... More

The hotel is clean, the service professional and friendly, location is good. Large, bright room with all amenities. Concierge and reception knowledgeable and very helpful. I did not like that the hotel is too big so you can get lost there. It is not too personal to make it truly personal, exclusive and luxurious experience. More

I stayed in this place for 6 of my original 9 night booking while I attended a conference. I moved because the rooms were small and the beds were really uncomfortable and I could get much better value for money elsewhere. The pros for this hotel is that its location is good in a very upmarket part of town very... More

I had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Nikko for a few nights while visitng Mexico City on work The location of the hotel is very nice. Its bang smack in the middle of a nicer part of town with a lot of dining options around The hotel looks dated and the lobby isn't particularly impressive. The check in process... More
