The Nikko is an excellent hotel to stay at. Great staff, nice lounge with evening musical entertainment, good restaurants and facilities, nice rooms, and great views. The Polanco neighborhood is at your back door, with lots of good boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. Stayed here for 5 nights in July'09. Staff are helpful and courteous. Security is present yet not overbearing. Room I stayed in was comfortable - they have nightly turndown service which was appreciated. Lobby is very spacious with lots of art on display. My family stayed at the hotel for 5 nights in July. We had two great adjoining rooms on the 33rd floor. The beds were fairly comfortable although not as nice as fluffy as places like the Westin with their "comfy bed" concept. Been there for three days in a bussines trip and the quality of the staff is superb. Great sushi bar and tje lobby is an art gallery. more
