This has everything that you would expect from a business hotel - Comfortable beds, professional staff, decent wi fi, air con that works. It is in a good location with some excellent places to eat nearby. I was luck enough to stay on a high floor with fabulous views across to the volcano.

It is a huge property, extremely busy, with people walking in and out at all times. Yet, it is able to maintain order in what could be a very chaotic situation. The hotel is evidently well managed, very clean and safe (there is very visible security presence all over); so safe that I leave my laptop at empty meeting rooms... More

Formerly a Nikko hotel. It has conserved its Japanese atmosphere. The executive lounge is great. And for those of us that like to squeeze some exercise to keep in shape it has a great gym and a swimingpool that you can do some training. Great place!!!!€

Excellent location. Taxi drivers know it as Niko. Large hotel with 40 floors. I was on high floor with views of the city. Did not try the two restaurants. Great service and very comfortable with attention to every detail. Only thing missing was turn down service. Rooms are on the small side and only one sink in the bathroom.Average breakfast.... More

Stayed there for 4 nights in April. The hotel is in a great location in Polanco. The rooms are good size, and very clean. Ask for a room on the top floor for a great view. The staff are all very friendly.
