I have a nice time in that hotel. My room had a great view and really huge king size bed. It was clean. Unfortunately, Internet is extra paid. They have a good staff at the front desk and in the concierge. Breakfast like in 4 stars hotels – very good

Fiesta Americana Reforma is not the newest, hottest hotel in town, but I couldn't go anywhere else just because of the service. No matter how bad was your traffic or how cold could have been outside the staff always has a smile on their faces. I stayed at the Executive floor and you get a very nice continental buffet breakfast... More

Nice rooms, excellent location. No breakfast included but great authentic mexican food and international restaurant. Restaurant a little overprice but room price is cheap for the quality of the hotel and location.

Pros: + Excellent location: near most interesting places in Mexico City, different types of public transportation is available just outside of the hotel. + Excellent staff, they are aways willing to assist or help you. Cons: - A bit expensive for the room type I got and the facilities are quite old. - The "broadband" connection is poor and limited,... More

Furniture is from the past century, the staff try hard but they need to improve a lot because they don´t do the cleaning in the proper way (they did´t change the glasses for instance) Watch out the food because I got sick for eating breakfast at 22th floor. I woudn´t go back

Stayed at this hotel in March 2013. This hotel needs lots of refurishment. Everything looks old and run down i the hotel and in the rooms. Most things, like the air conditioner work poorly. To top it off, the elevators were not working and/or getting stuck. It was a constant problem the time I was there. It is not fun walking... More

Not the kind of please you want to leave running, but doesn't have good shower, no good restaurants opened around.. At the 10th floor we could hear honking and sirens (all the time). Service was not bad, that's all.

It's a really old hotel, the furniture is old, AC doesn't work well it never cools the room. My door lock didn't work as it should, people could access the room because it wouldn't allow the door to close (it was fixed later). I can't understand why grupo posadas still manages the hotel as Fiesta Americana, it's more like a... More

My wife and I stayed here for one night to tour the area for a day prior to flying out of Mexico City International Airport. I went on a business trip to the Fiesta Americana Reforma. I don't recommend for leisure, as the area is really busy with terrible traffic. I don't even recall if the hotel had a pool.
