Please consider going to this property. The rooms are dirty, the heaters of the rooms failed to the point that in a 3 day stay they changed me 2 times of room late at night.
Dirty bead linnens, not nice breakfast....bad hotel chain.

This hotel is a good value but the front desk and back office service is absolutely the worst. I needed to change my reservation to one night earlier and they gave me such a run around i decided to fight it on principle sake. They wanted to charge me a 100 dollar cancellation fee to move my reservation up one...

Selected this property to stay in after returning to the Mexico City from Oaxaca. It is located on Paseo Reforma directly in front of the Angel Monument. The lobby is a large space with 2 story ceiling, has lots of seating, and flows into a lovely landscaped patio.

I always stay in Centro (Close to Alameda Park) when I travel to Mexico DF for business. Staying in Centro you lose some time transporting yourself to places since DF traffic is awful, unless your customers are near Centro. Taking this into consideration, I choce to stay in City Express El Angel on this trip.
