There was no record of our reservation when we arrived, staff were not welcoming or helpful. There isn't much in the way of restaurants or shops nearby and the hotel restaurant closes early evening, so eat early, go to Guanajuato or go hungry. They provide a free timetabled shuttle into Guanajuato. The room we stayed in was dark with no...
