An average hotel at a quite central location in Guadalajara. Even though most people rate it as dirty and horrible, there is nothing to worry about: an average, clean place to stay with free wifi in the lobby. More

The hotel was awful. The day we arrived one of the rooms wasn't been cleaned and my colleagues had to sleep in a dirty room. In the room I stayed there was a terrible smell and when someone in other floor used the toilet all the pipe's smell invaded our room. And the room have no windows and the air... More

I usually like to take control of my reservations, but a travel agent in Mexico said that this hotel was clean and just as good at Trip Advisor's #1 rated hotel in Guadalajara(Holiday Inn). I trusted her and was highly disappointed when I walked into the lobby. I could tell by the dirty couches, the unfriendly staff(except for Bell Boy)... More

My employer has always book me at the Expo Plaza Hotel because it is 30 steps across the expo center. However, I was back to Guadalajara visiting some of my friends back in August, and the reason I choose this hotel is because they are cheap about $70/night. This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed. The entire... More

This is the worst hotel that me and my family have ever stayed in. The whole hotel looks dirty. The mattress and the pillows are at least 20 years old, and worst, the beds, walls and bathroom are very, very dirty. Hairs and buggers on both beds and on the walls, and dry toothbrush paste on the sink. Our whole... More

My husband and I ended up in a suite on the 10th floor. They didn't have a room with one bed at the moment. It was a very busy Holiday weekend in Guadalajara, Mexico. Great view, walking distance to the Cathedral and Historic Center of Guadalajara, Good service and food. Clean and comfortable.Thank you Aranzazu More

This place is a run down motel 6. Location is questionable. The rooms are worn down. Bathroom was dirty and towels had holes in them. Found a roach in the bathroom. The beds are very uncomfortable. Told would get queen bed, instead got two double beds. No nightclub in this place it is across the street on the corner. More

A very unpleasant stay, they had me waiting at the lobby for 2 hours before they could give me a room, there were no towels in the bathroom, when I called the maid she said there wasn't any clean towels, when I complained to the arrogant manager he came back with 2 towels, at 1:00am the cleaning lady was knocking...
