We had a fantastic stay. It's a beautiful little oasis, really helpful staff, but who also left to do your own thing. I would definitely recommend it. More

Las Sabilas is nice if you want somewhere pretty and rustic to stay in and are feeling laid back with nothing to achieve during your stay except hang out. It's popular with San Fran folk and gay couples who seem to have a lovely time exploring the local nightlife and meeting local people. When I arrived at Las Sabilas from... More

Las Sabilas is a green sanctuary in a lovely residential neighborhood in downtown Guadalajara. The center of town is an easy 10 min walk, but it is so quiet in Las Sabilas that you will think you are far away from the congestion of the city. The gardens are absolutely spot-on with a dazzling array of plants, fountains, trees, patios,... More

I recently stayed at Las Sabilas with my husband for about 4 nights, and we were so happy when we got there! It's so charming, and I felt lucky to have found it! The owner and staff (Jose Luis) were so nice and helpful the whole time! They were very welcoming and helped us find some of the best spots... More

Had a great stay at Las Sabilas. Bob and his staff made sure that things run smoothly. He also gave us some good advice on where to go and told us a bit about the neighbourhood. I was a bit sad not to get breakfast, I must have read the website wrong. Garfield the cat was a real highlight. The... More

We had a terrific stay at Las Sabilas. We felt right at home and we felt a lot more comfortable than staying at a hotel. Tom and his staff made sure we had everything we needed and gave us excellent recommendations on things to do. The location couldn't be better, just a few blocks from Guadalara's historic downtown. On our... More

We arrived at Las Sabilas on on 1st March this year to visit our daughter who was studying at the Unviersity of Guadlalajara . It was a long journey from Heathrow and the taxi trip from the airport was our first taste of Mexico. I was tired and a bit overwhelmed but the minute I stepped into our room I... More

If you are interested in feeling, tasting the old traditional taste of Guadalajara this is the place for you! But, be forewarned this is not your 5 star luxury hotel. It's more like staying at your nana's house retro 1930's. Garfield the cat will take good care of you. He runs the place. Everything is within walking distance. No need... More

I stayed here for three nights and it is one of the most beautiful and relaxing guest houses I have ever been in. It is an oasis hidden in an unlikely location very close (literally a five-minute walk) from the centre of Guadalajara. The rooms are large and clean (previous reviews talking about uncleanliness are now redundant), but it is... More
