Recently stayed in the Villa's for a week while attending my son's wedding. Bob and Christina were very nice and helpful as well as the grounds keeper. The villa was clean and beautiful. the pool relaxing and inviting. What ever we needed Bob and Christina accommodated us. The grounds were beautiful and very comfortable (affordable too) and the other guest... More

My husband and I stayed in the Villa Taxco for 7 weeks in Jan and Feb 2012. We were delighted with our experience. The Villa was clean, charming and well maintained. All necessary equipment was there including a great new refrigerator. The weekly houseboy who changed the linens, towels (very nice quality) and cleaned the floors and bathroom was an... More

My husband and our small dog and I recently spent a month staying in Bungalow El Nido. It was the perfect base for exploring all that Cuernevaca and the nearby pueblos have to offer. Robert and Christine are great hosts, a daily presence, but not intrusive and very knowledgeable about the city and the culture of Mexico. Each bungalow has... More

During my recent 30-day business trip to Cuernavaca, I stayed at this nice, cozy and affordable place. The owners, Bob and Cristina Chapman, as well as the staff are very friendly and informative making you feel at home. The well kept bungalows, surrounded by trees and flowers, are simple and pretty, and they are equipped with all the necessary utensils... More

This place is not worth the while-nevermind the money. The pool is not heated;the bathroom was dirty; the water was not hot;and the Internet was unreliable. More

Las Villas Management is sorry if this guest had complaints about the rental, but unfortunately these guests made their reservation immediately after their initial request for availability without one question about the rental, the location or any attempt to familiarize themselves with this vacation home. Although the Regulation which is in each villa clearly states that the pool temperature is... More

Cuernavaca is a beautiful city with lots of Mexican charm, a welcomed place to be outside of the busyness of Mexico City. Las Villas de Bellavista has a lovely look and feel with a gated property and beautiful landscaped grounds. Their delightful villas our spaced out nicely to give all who stay there some privacy and it also has a... More

The management of Las Villas is sorry for the experience these guests had during their month long stay. However, since we live on the property, and it states in our Hotel Regulation that any problem encountered with the villa, should be addressed immediately, then these problems should have been expressed to the management or to the full-time employees to correct... I have stayed at this hotel 4 times now and each time it is more beautiful than the last .The owners are very helpful in telling you where to eat , explore or just relax in this wonderful city. My children enjoyed their privacy with a bungalow suite on top of our bungalow. We even have our own garden to... More

I have to admit I am surprised at the rave reviews of this place. My husband and I have traveled extensively throughout Mexico (and the world) and found this to be the worst place we've ever stayed. It is really over priced. The house is lovely, but the furniture is so uncomfortable it's like sitting on a park bench. The... More

Las Villas Management is sorry for the experience that these travelers had at Las Villas, however we always ask that any potential guests read our policies thoroughly before they make a reservation. We send our Hotel Regulation by email and we provide the same Hotel Regulation in each villa, but unfortunately, these guests never read the Hotel Regulation or our... More

I actually lived at Las Villas for 4 years. This was our first visit back in 5 years. It felt like coming home! Bob and Cristina and the young men that help were just like I remembered. Their hospitality and helpfulness couldn't be better. The two bedroom house we stayed in was perfectly clean. Our courtyard was were we spent... More

I have recently stayed at Las Villas de Bellavista for a one week stay in Villa Taxco. I must say that the colonial environment, the lush gardens, nice pool and cabana area with wireless internet and a wonderful grill to cooke some outdoor meals is all I needed to enjoy myself in this wonderful property! The owners Cristina and Roberto... More
