We wanted to go birding and whale watching in March in northern California.
we researched and found out that whales had been seen in that area, so we took a 4 day trip from crescent city to Little river just south of Mendocino.
We saw a lot of whales and thousands of Aleutian geese migrating north.

In early May 2006 we spent 4 nights in Barra de Potosi, after 4 nights in Zihuatanejo, at this lovely house on the beach.
We rented the bottom portion which is 2 bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom and separate entrances to the outside. It has a large, fully equipped kitchen with view of the ocean. Nice palapa out front...

My daughter and I spent 3 nights at Casa Puesta Del Sol. It was the most relaxing part of our vacation.
Syd and La Rae were wonderful hosts. They made sure we had everything we needed.
The room was clean and the staff was friendly.
I can't wait to return for another laid back vacation!
