We enjoyed our stay here. You know you are somewhere in Mexico and not in a North American hotel. The staff from the front desk to the activities staff to the room attendant were all very friendly and dedicated to making our stay a pleasant one. We stayed at this resort and had a great time. The rooms, food, and staff were excellent. There are a lot of local people that stay here but then don't we go to hotels in our own country? All the people we met were friendly (Mexician or Canadian). We would go back in a heartbeat. More
