Villas Loma Linda was our base for a week of local explorations in PV and beach villages, north and south, during an unusually quiet week in Vallarta, due to a flu scare. Our bright and charming front-desk hosts Juan and Jose, quickly became our go-to guys for advice on restaurants, driving directions, local phone calls in Spanish, and general good... more

I have been a member at Villas Loma Linda since 1994 and have stayed there more than 40 times, yes, 40 times. The villas were built in the 80's and they are solid as a rock, literally, with that old mexican charm. I had to write this review as the previous review that went on forever was horribly inaccurate and... more

We stayed here the second week of our stay. It had mixed reviews and I will add to it. It is located in the hills right outside of town. Upon arrival we had to pay $130.00 cash to the front desk. $50.00 was for a towel deposit, which we got back, and $80.00 for maid service. We had a 2... more

The good – We loved the Mexican architecture of the complex. The size of our two bedroom condo was amazing, big master bedroom with lovely doors that open to a view of the bay. Bathrooms were very spacious as well. The hot tub on our patio was also a huge plus. We liked that we were in the Romantica zone... more

We traded our Timeshare week in Vail Colorado for a week in Puerto Vallarta Mexico at the Villas Loma Linda. The rooms were very nice and included a kitchen 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a wonderful patio with a hot tub (I spent the extra money on the hot tub and we enjoyed it to the fullest extent). I think... more

My friends and I were looking for a nice place to stay for Spring Break that would accommodate all 4 of us. We didn't want to be stuck in the very impersonal hotel scenario so we chose VLL because the unit had 2 bedrooms (with 4 beds) and 2 AMAZING bathrooms. We woke up each morning to a breathtaking view... more

Villas Loma Linda is perfect if you are over the age of 65. If you plan on not talking or laughing after 11:00 p.m., this is the place for you. I was there with three other friends and we came in talking and laughing, and sudedenly we heard loud threats coming from one of the other units. Their remarks were... more

I just stumbled across the photos from our stay at Villas Loma Linda and all of the wonderful memories came rushing back! We own a timeshare and exchanged for Villas Loma Linda. Our stay was WONDERFUL! We had a HUGE 2 bedroom villa. I called ahead to make sure we got a villa with a n outdoor jacuzzi. They asked... more

Just got back from PV. Stay at Villas Loma Linda was nice. I know that Villas denies the need for air-conditioning, but I do not agree. Maybe if you stay there from Oct-May you might not, but if you stay is during June-Aug. you definitely need air-conditioning. It was soooo humid sometimes it was like a sauna, even with all... more

Have been to many places in Mexico but never Puerto Vallarta. What an amazing place - Villas Loma Linda has that "old town" feel with all the amenties of home. The open beautiful view of the Banderas Bay, with the most wonderful sunsets one can see... The Gecko Poolside grill has AMAZING food. The staff is wonderful, the price downright... more
