No complaints. Rafael was the best. Miami Vice drinks were sooooo good. Highly recommend this hotel. I was there for a business/vacation. All of the staff was very nice. Most of locals were nice compared to other places in Mexico.

The hotel is as good as the first time I visited it. Staff bends over backwards for every single need you may have. Food is great, drink selection too. Great for business (sadly that´s all I do in Puerto Vallarta), internet connection is free (a super plus). Will be back ASAP. Enjoy.
