The Rosita hotel is located in the new malecon beach front, over 50 years old kept in pretty good shape all workers are locals and the atmosphere is authentic of a mexican town.. irt iss not the best hotel in Vallarta by far, but you will go back in time everytime you walk in. It is one of my favorites... More

I've been staying at the Hotel Rosita for the last few days, and will be there for the next couple of weeks. It is not my first time in Puerto Vallarta, but the first time I've stayed at this hotel. So far I am really impressed with the level of service provided for a very reasonable price. I have a... More

The Hotel Rosita has a wonderful location. Not too far from the airport, on the beach and at the start of Puerto Vallartas famous 'malecon', or seaside walk. Online booking is very satisfactory, desk staff are very capable, breakfast included, clean rooms and clean pool! We have stayed there many times and not been disappointed. It is best to ask... More

Been to P.V many times and always wanted to stay at the Rosita. Loved the idea of the hotel being old,Mexican and in a great location. This hotel was perfect for me as when I travel I like to have each meal at a different place.Breakfast was included but was very plain(eggs, beans, toast, coffee.tea)Not complaining too much though as it was enough... I have stayed at the Rosita for two weeks each January for many years - after trying several other hotels. This is not a five-star, all-inclusive resort. It's a family-run hotel that attracts lots of Mexican families and offers warm and friendly service. The food is excellent. It's location at the beginning of the Malecon in the heart of Puerto... We stayed in the Rosita twice for 2 days, each stay. The location at the North end of the Malecon is perfect. The restaurant/bar is great and has subtle entertainment on Saturday nights. Food is excellent, and drinks are very reasonable. And the desk staff is second to none, with very secure safety deposit boxes behind the desk, as opposed... More

My son, his partner and I stayed at the Hotel Rosita for four nights in late November. I made reservations on line and when we arrived everything was in place. Staff were efficient and friendly. After some initial confusion about our desire for a room on an upper floor we received a large room on the fourth floor with a... More

We stayed at the Hotel Rosita for a few nights in December 2009. Regrettably, and despite having made our reservations months in advance, the room we got was tiny, less than totally clean, and just under the roof, with no appreciable view of anything. Still, it sufficed as a roof over our heads at night. But then, who stays in... More

Good placed in downtown Vallarta, close to all bars and discos. Hotel is not the top class but people are friendly and really take care of making you feel good. I didn´t like the rooms and accommodation. Price you may find to be high for what you get, as for a little money you would find something all inclusive. More

In 1979 my wife and I made our first trip to Vallarta and we had the pleasure of staying at the Nuevo Hotel Rosita. We have been going back ever since and consider it our second home. We have recommended the Rosita to many friends and family and none have been dissapointed. We love all the staff that we have... More
