We went to Mazatlan with 2 other couples. we were booked into the El Cid Granada. Upon arrival we were offered an up grade to El Cid Moro. What a great up-grade for $200 for 2 weeks. We all had ocean-pool view rooms. The staff were great at either of the three, El Moro, Castilla, Granada. Had a wonderfull time.... more

I really enjoyed the activities at the pool and the staff, they were very helpful and fun I really enjoyed my spanish lessons from Cindy Osuna,at the pool every morning, she was a lot of fun and very helpful. She is a gteat asset to the hotel.l!!!!!And the water aroebics was great too! more

This is a resort. I enjoyed (and won a lot of drinks) the planned activities. The room had a slight smell but it was nothing that was unbearable. The attendants were fabulous and there was shopping in walking distance from our room. The golf carts are the best mode of transportation. more

We stayed at El Moro-El Cid Resort for ten days in December and we were blown away. Travelling with young children and four adults is never easy but the rooms at El Moro made it a breeze.
