The staff was unfriendly, the rooms were ugly, the beds were hard and the timeshare specialists were very pushy. The lounge chairs by the pool were broken. The water in the shower was yellow and the elevator dirty. The room was clean but very dated. The price was right due to the location. The view from the balcony was beautiful.... more
