My husband and I bought a timeshare at Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan several years ago and have never regretted our decision. Every year is a given that we will visit in February to enjoy the colors, accomadations and hospitality. We feel as though we are family when we arrive and are always sad to leave. The staff and accommodations are first... More

When you arrive at the resort, they make you feel like family. The bar, looking over the beach, when the sun is about to set. When the windows are open and the slight wind is blowing through the bar.... you can use the spa, walk on thebeach, be as busy as you want to, or just enjoy the peace.... this... More

Just returned from a two week stay in Mazatlan. We have been going to Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan for the last twenty years and would not stay anywhere else. The people of Mazatlan are always friendly and we have always felt very safe walking the streets at any time day or night. The staff of Pueblo Bonito treat you like family... More

We spent the first week of january at the PBM resort and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a studio with a kitchenette which was very comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable. The resort is obviously not new, but it is spotlessly clean and well maintained. We were lucky enough to have an ocean view room, and enjoyed watching the sunset... More

This was my first visit to Mexico and it was wonderful. This resort was SO nice - I could not believe that the property was 30 years old, it was beautiful. It was such a relaxing experience, just what I had hoped for while visiting Mazatlan. More

My husband and I have decided that as Mazatlan has been our favorite Mexican destination. I'm sure this is largely due to the excellent experience we've had at the Pueblo Bonito. It is a little older and shows its age in some areas but it is also what makes it so charming. We went to this hotel for the first... More

The first thing that we always enjoy about Pueblo Bonito in Mazatlan is that we know we'll see the beach and ocean, (that includes sunsets), every visit. Next, the staff is so warm and friendly as are the beach vendors. If you wish them to come up to you, they will, but otherwise, they stay away. Speaking of beach vendors,... More

We have been going to Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan for many, many years. Which means we have many, many things that we love about this location. The service is impeccable, the staff treat us like family year after year, the beach is the best in the city and we have developed friendships with the many guests we see year after year... More

As others have mentioned, we were a bit nervous about heading down to Mazatlan this year with the events that have been in the news. Our stay at PB Mazatlan was as warm and friendly as ever. We did not take advantage of the "meal plan" that they are currently offering, and it isn't something that would appeal to us.... More

We were fairly nervous heading to Mazatlan for our week trip. We had heard a lot of negative things from people, specifically some that our company does business with in the Mazatlan area about kidnappings, murders and theft. Although most said it was locals that were targeted, we were apprehensive to be 3 women alone in the area. That being... More
