Jorge is great - any problem or question direct to him. It is a good place for children-very safe. The beds are very hard - you are basically sleeping on a cement slab with a pad on it. Jorge was able to put 2 of the mattresses on our bed in order for me to sleep without so much pain....

We did not know what to expect on our first family trip (kids-2,5,6). But this place was like a dream. We couldn't ask for more. Food, entertaiment, people, activities, everything was super! Our first pick was Club Meava, but I am really glad we finally choose Vista Hotel.
