We stayed at this place as a last resort when passing through Acapulco. It was terrible. The rooms are tiny boxes with no windows. My girlfriend who is a little claustrophobic opted to have a few drinks so she could relax enough to go to sleep. The location on the main drag means it is very very noisy and the...

I figured I should take the time to write a review about this place since I disliked it so much.
Dirty (REALLY, dirty), small, rooms. DIRTY bathrooms. Dirty sheets (I got bit by a bug and had to go get an antibiotic cream to get rid of the marks). Ridiculous breakfast.
I would say the good thing about the place...

Pros: affordable, central place to stay in Acapulco, with a helpful staff and free wifi.
Cons: Incredibly noisy. No good window shades, so the light keeps/wakes you up. Tiny rooms. The a/c is way too cold at night.
It fulfilled my needs for my one night in Acapulco-- any longer and I would have gone elsewhere. But for what it...

Employees very friendly, and just cross the street to get to the beach. BUT.... the rooms are small -- I would say 8 ft. X 8 ft., including the four beds. You sleep in a cubby hole. They do provide a large locker space outside the room. The 210pesos are for LOCATION, definitely not space!
Fortunately, there was only one...

We stayed at the K3 during our Spring Break road trip. The location right on the main street is fine, but it is definatly lacking parking spaces if you bring your own car. The staff is nice and the terrace offers a place to relax. The rooms themselves are really small and without windows. We had one with 4 beds...

This was my first time in a youth hostel and I was a little apprehensive. I always perceived that a hippie like atmosphere would persist and K3 was nothing like that. The dorm rooms are tiny but you must measure that with where you are located in the middle of Acapulco and the cost of your room. Coffee and toast is...

Helpful staff, across the street from beach, inexpensive cigarettes and beer sold on-site. A zillion shops, bars, ATMs and resturants are close by . money exchange is at the end of the block. If you are high maintence or expect too much for the price, perhaps you shouldn't leave your mom's house. The rooms are small but who stays in...

We had a double room with a shared bathroom. The room was tiny, really only enough space for the bed! The room had air conditioning that came on automatically at night time, it was freezing and with no controls in the room you might need your own blanket!
The shared bathrooms were clean, no hot water but because of the...
